Tony Russo is the current Chief Financial Officer at Imply. Tony has extensive experience in business strategy, financial modeling, and roadmap development. Russo has also worked with early stage companies as an advisor, specializing in partnering with founders and CEOs to scale or improve their businesses from both an operational and financial perspective. Prior to their current position, Tony Russo served as the Chief Financial Officer at Demandbase, Inc. from October 2016 to April 2019. Demandbase is a $100M Account Based Marketing company that provides SaaS and advertising solutions to enterprise and mid-market companies. During their time there, Russo led the planning process and developed operating plans, budgets, and forecasts. Tony also worked with Sales and Customer Success to develop bookings and retention targets, quotas, compensation plans, and policies. In addition, Russo created sales pipeline models, metrics, and forecasts.

Tony Russo has a long history of experience in finance and accounting. Tony has also worked extensively with sales, sales operations, HR, and facilities. Their experience has taught him how to scaling businesses from the ground up. Tony is a valuable asset to any company.
