Oliver Scheffert is currently the CEO & Founder of CNSLT Partners, a company that provides coaching, consulting, and interim management services to software vendors and IT companies. Oliver founded the company in 2023 with a mission to empower clients and exceed their expectations while upholding professionalism and integrity.
Prior to CNSLT Partners, Scheffert worked at Impossible Cloud as the VP Commercial starting in 2023. In this role, they were responsible for commercial operations and strategy.
From 2022 to 2023, Scheffert was the General Manager EMEA at APARAVI. Oliver led the planning and implementation of comprehensive strategies for the company's success in the assigned region. This included enhancing organizational structures, driving resources, and formulating sales and go-to-market strategies.
Scheffert has a strong background with Microsoft. From 2011 to 2022, they held various roles including Partner Sales Lead, Head of ISV Partner Sales & Business Development, Program Management Lead, Audience Evangelism Lead, and Senior App Development Evangelist & Senior Audience Marketing Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and played a crucial role in driving sales, building partnerships, and leading go-to-market activities.
Before joining Microsoft, Scheffert worked as a Lecturer in Marketing at various schools and universities from 2010 to 2013. Oliver also held roles at NEXT Munich. The App Agency., CONRAD CAINE GmbH, and KIK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH, where they gained experience in business development, project management, and sales.

Oliver Scheffert pursued their Master's Degree in International Business Studies from FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. In 2005 to 2006, they also studied International Business Studies at Universidad de Jaén. Oliver then engaged in a Doctoral Program in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tyrol & University of Latvia from 2009 to 2012.
Additionally, Oliver earned several certifications, including Challenger Sales and Insight Selling training from Microsoft in 2021 and 2018 respectively. Oliver obtained the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People training from Microsoft in 2020. Furthermore, Oliver achieved various certificates from Microsoft, such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, and Azure Fundamentals in 2019. Before that, in 2017, they attained the Modern Marketer Achiever certificate from Microsoft.
Oliver's educational journey also includes the completion of a Certified Customer Consultant certificate from Raiffeisen- und Volksbank Rosenheim in 2003. Moreover, they earned a Cisco Certified Network Administrator certificate from Cisco in the same year.
