Kelsey Matsune

Kelsey Matsune is an accomplished packaging engineer with extensive experience in food technology and product development, currently serving as Packaging Engineer II at Impossible Foods since July 2018. Kelsey has progressed through various roles in the company, including Senior Food Technologist and Food Technologist I and II, focusing on innovative packaging solutions. Prior experience includes leadership positions as Captain of the IFTSA Developing Solutions for Developing Countries Product Development Team and the IFTSA College Bowl Team, where Kelsey led the team to victory in 2018. Notable internships include work at Continental Mills and Albertsons-Safeway, where Kelsey contributed to product reformulations and supported cross-functional teams.
