Michelle Leclair

Michelle LeClair is a Senior Strategy Manager at Impossible Foods, leveraging their strategic mindset and strong technical background to inform decision-making. Michelle also serves as the Co-Chair of the PRIDE ERG, leading efforts to create an inclusive work environment. Previously, Michelle held roles as a Sr Manufacturing Innovation Engineer at Impossible Foods, an Engineering Manager at Anchor Brewing Company, and a Process Engineer at Aera Energy LLC. Michelle holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MEd from the University of Southern California.
