Sam Schafer

Sam Schafer possesses extensive experience in demand and supply planning, with a current position as Manager of Demand Planning at Impossible Foods since October 2019. Prior roles at Impossible Foods included Manager of Supply Planning, Master Scheduler, Lead Production Planner, and Production Planner. Before joining Impossible Foods, Sam Schafer worked at United Foods International from 2014 to 2019, serving as Operations Coordinator, Quality Assurance Technician Lead, and Quality Control Technician. Sam Schafer holds a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University, earned in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego, completed in 2014.
