Dominic Luscombe is an experienced professional in consulting and public policy, currently serving as Director at IMPOWER Consulting since December 2014, where leadership focuses on improving outcomes for children and families. Prior to this role, Dominic held positions at Shelter UK, including Senior Business Development Manager, overseeing service transformation and business development in southern England. Earlier experiences include positions as Policy Adviser and Partnerships Adviser with the London Borough of Hackney, where responsibilities involved cross-cutting policy reviews and service improvement initiatives. Dominic's career commenced at the Greater London Authority as a Graduate Policy Trainee, contributing to the London Housing Strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Housing and Regeneration from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds.
