Jay Naidoo

Jay Naidoo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jay worked as the Chief Executive Officer at IMPOWER PTY LTD and All Power Systems in 2014. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of UPower, a subsidiary of All Power Systems. Jay held this position until October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the DSM Division Manager (Renewable Energy) at Citrine Construction from 2012 to 2014. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Managing Director of Renewergy South Africa. Additionally, they worked as the Sales Manager at Totally Solar in 2011. Jay started their career as the Director of Alexcon Marketing Solutions from 2008 to 2010.

Jay Naidoo completed their Bachelor of Business Studies (with Honours) degree in International Business & Corporate Strategy at the University of Greenwich from 2006 to 2011. Earlier, they attended Plumstead High School from 2000 to 2005, where they completed their Matric degree.
