Customer Success Manager at Impraise

Kate Macintosh has a wealth of experience in the environmental and people enablement sectors. Kate began their career in 2009 as a Park Ranger Summer Contractor for the Auckland Regional Council. During this time, they led interactive educational walks on ecological processes and monitored and handled rare native birds.

In 2012, Kate joined Treeline Parks Services as an Ecologist. Kate designed and implemented an award-winning Environmental Management System for the company and designed, managed, and delivered a revegetation programme in Auckland which involved the planting of 65,000 native plants across 15 sites.

In 2013, Kate began working for Gecko Trust as a Community Conservationist. Kate worked with 12 neighbourhoods to set up a network of terrestrial and freshwater restoration activities while building community resilience and social cohesion. Kate also worked for the Auckland Council as a Wai Care South Coordinator.

In 2018, Kate joined Impraise as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they partner with customers (HR teams) to run their people process in Impraise to achieve their long-term goals. Kate also serves as an Onboarding Manager and Customer Operations Specialist.

Kate Macintosh attended Baradene College from 2000 to 2006 and then Victoria University of Wellington from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a BSc in Environmental Studies and Geography.
