Between 2004 and 2006, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same university between 2000 and 2004. In 2012, they completed an ABC Punto Radio -Voice Training Course at GRUPO VOCENTO and a Voice Training workshop of the Public Radio of Spain (RNE) at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. Begoña Sevilla also holds two certifications, an Executive Management Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute obtained in July 2020 and an Agile Project Management Fundamentals (APMF) from the same institute obtained in April 2020.
