Jesus Garcia

Jesus Garcia is an experienced journalist and editor with a strong background in political reporting and analysis. Currently serving as Managing Editor in Politics at Impremedia since October 2016, Jesus also has a role as a Digital Writer focusing on politics and immigration. Previously, Jesus worked as a Freelance Blogger at El Financiero, where significant contributions included interviewing various political party competitors during the electoral process in Mexico City. At Grupo REFORMA, from February 2002 to April 2015, Jesus was the Coeditor for Politics, coordinating coverage of urban and community issues. Additionally, Jesus has freelance editing experience with Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, managing a team for e-book reviews. With a degree in Communication Sciences from UNAM and advanced studies in filmmaking, Jesus brings a comprehensive skill set to the media landscape.
