Alba Díaz Novoa

Alex Badulin is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Tele2 since January 2020, specializing in critical projects involving system transitions and remote work integrations. Previous roles include Project Manager at ООО Интерс, Head of PMO at Nova Poshta, and Director of Projects at IBS, where Alex cultivated relationships with key clients and led significant IT implementations. Alex also has experience managing project offices and technical teams in various organizations, including Medsi and MTS Group. Alex holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', earned between 1991 and 1997.
