Rafael Rivera

Rafael Rivera is an experienced event producer and culture consultant, currently working at Imprint Events Group since January 2023 and running Experience Rafa LLC since November 2020. With a focus on customer experience, Rafael has collaborated with leaders to develop service frameworks and identify training needs across organizations. Previous roles include Manager of Team Member Experience at PHH Mortgage, where Rafael fostered a culture of accountability and engagement, and Manager of Guest Experience at the United States Tennis Association, where a service framework was created in partnership with the Disney Institute. Rafael's extensive background also includes management positions at Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel & Convention Center, where training and convention services were key responsibilities, and various roles at the American Red Cross, National Restaurant Association, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Rafael holds an education from Valencia College.
