Joshua Servin has a diverse work experience. Joshua began their career at Best Buy in 2010, where they held various customer service roles. In these positions, they handled returns and exchanges, answered customer inquiries, and assisted with online orders and pickups. Joshua also specialized in Home Theater, Gaming, and PC Home Office, where they provided expert advice and recommendations to customers for their specific needs. In 2015, Joshua joined Venmo as a Technical Support Specialist and later became a Fraud and Risk Analyst. During their time at Venmo, they gained expertise in analyzing fraud and mitigating risk. Currently, Joshua works as a Customer Service Representative at Imprint, starting in 2023.
