Alexa Alfego

Alexa Alfego is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Imprivata since June 2016. Throughout the various roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Customer Success Manager, Alexa has focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing the lifetime value of clients through cross-functional collaboration. Prior to Imprivata, Alexa worked as a Senior Consulting Associate at athenahealth from June 2011 to June 2016, where responsibilities included client coaching, performance assessment, and training on athenaClinicals. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bryant University, earned in 2011.
