Kailiang Chen

Kailiang Chen has a strong background in management, with experience as a Managing Director in various companies. Kailiang currently serves as the Managing Director at Impro Fluidtek Europe SARL, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Impro Aerotek Europe SARL starting in November 2021.

From 2017 to 2022, Kailiang Chen held multiple Managing Director positions at Impro International Ltd., overseeing different branches of the company. Before that, they were Vice President of Operations Europe & India Tubular Glass and Geschäftsführer at Gerresheimer from 2015 to 2017.

Kailiang'swork experience also includes being the Head of Supply Chain at KavoKerr Group China within Danaher Corporation from 2011 to 2014. Kailiang started their career as a Project Engineer at Magna International in 2008 and worked at GE as an SQE from 2007 to 2008.

Kailiang Chen obtained a Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Technical University of Munich between 2002 and 2007. They also pursued studies in Business Administration and Management, General at Unternehmer TUM.
