Bob Melley

Director of Business Development at Improv Asylum

Bob Melley has had a diverse and successful work experience spanning several industries. Bob began their career in 1998 as the Director of Operations for The Point Group, a consulting services firm. Bob then moved on to become the Director of Business Development for Tier Technologies in 2002. In 2004, they became the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for BI 2 Technologies and The CHILD Project, both biometric intelligence and identification corporations.

In 2007, Melley joined Plymouth Rock Studios as the Executive Vice President of Business Development, where they were integral in securing leases and deposits for a large-scale project. Bob left this position in 2011 to become the Director of Business Development for Improv Asylum, where they developed a strong corporate partnerships network and led a successful sales team.

In 2013, Melley took on the role of Partner/Director of Business Development for Wicked Comedy LLC, followed by becoming the Managing Partner for IA Innovation later that year. Throughout their career, Melley has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a talent for business development.

Bob Melley attended MHS from 1976 to 1979. Bob then went on to study at Iona University from 1979 to 1981. After that, they pursued their education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1981 to 1983. Finally, Bob attended the Harvard Kennedy School from 1992 to 1993. No specific degree or field of study is provided for any of these education experiences.
