Nicola McQueen

Nicola McQueen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nicola is currently the Chief Executive Officer at NHS Professionals since September 2019. Prior to their time at Affinity Workforce, McQueen held executive positions at Capita, a business process outsourcing company. Nicola served as the Executive Director of Capita's Workplace Services division from June 2016 to June 2017, where they were responsible for leading the division and overseeing eight human capital management companies. Before this, they were the Managing Director of Capita HR & Resourcing, leading and developing Capita's RPO and Contingent Workforce Solutions business. Nicola had overall responsibility for the volume campaigns business, Write Research, and Capita's Internal Resourcing division. McQueen also held the role of Director of Managed Services at Capita Workforce Management from November 2000 to December 2009.

McQueen's career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays in 1996. Nicola later joined Capita Business Services as a Service Delivery Manager from April 1998 to November 2000 before transitioning to Capita Workforce Management.
