Denisse Peregrina

Denisse Peregrina has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Denisse started their career as an administrative assistant at Europarts in 2012. Denisse then worked as an assistant at Proyecto Ajijic para la Educación in 2015 before joining IBM as part of the PMA Solutions Team later that year. After their stint at IBM, they became an elementary school teacher at Canadian School from 2016 to 2019, and then at Instituto Piaget Los Mochis from 2020 to 2022. In 2021, they transitioned into the field of recruiting as a sourcing specialist at QTown Business Solutions until 2022. Denisse subsequently joined Zigatta as a People Analyst, responsible for managing the full onboarding process and providing support to employees. Currently, they hold the role of People Analyst at Improving.

Denisse Peregrina completed their Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and Educational Innovation from Universidad Panamericana, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued further studies at Australian Pacific College, earning a Certificate in Business between 2016 and 2017. In addition to their formal education, Denisse has obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in June 2023.
