Gabriela Garza-Ramos

Gabriela Garza-Ramos has a strong background in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles. Gabriela started their career as an Executive Recruiter at Groussman & Associates in 1997 and then moved on to work as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc. from 1999 to 2004. Gabriela gained experience in corporate recruiting as a Corporate Technical Recruiter at Valtech Technologies Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Currently, they are the VP Recruiting at Improving, where they lead the Recruiting Division and is responsible for resource allocation, cost analysis, and improving recruiting processes.

Gabriela Garza-Ramos has a diverse education history. From 1986 to 1991, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Texas at Dallas, attaining an MBA with a specialization in International Management from 1994 to 1997. Gabriela then continued their studies at the same university, completing a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Gabriela obtained a certification in Certified People Sourcing Professional - Level 2 from BrainGain Recruiting in March 2013.
