Kevin Jourdain

Kevin Jourdain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kevin currently works at Improving as the Technical Director, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Principal Consultant and Strategic Account Manager at the same company from March 2019 to July 2021.

Before joining Improving, Kevin worked at Innovative Architects starting in February 2012. Kevin held the position of Strategic Technical Account Manager and was responsible for developing business intelligence solutions, integration development, and comprehensive database management and migration.

In 2011, Kevin worked as a CRM Admin at the North American Mission Board. Kevin specialized in developing custom workflows and plugins for Dynamics CRM, as well as managing the CRM database and uploading contacts and accounts.

From 2008 to 2011, Kevin worked at American Heritage Academy in dual roles. Kevin was the IT Coordinator, responsible for network administration, server management, database management, web server administration, and website design. Additionally, they served as an Upper School Math Teacher, teaching subjects such as Pre-Algebra, Precalculus, AP Calculus, and AP Statistics.

Kevin Jourdain obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Kennesaw State University from 2002 to 2005. Kevin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics from the same university from 2006 to 2008.
