Ashley Nichols is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and growth. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Improvix Technologies since July 2025, Nichols previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at Highlight Technologies from February 2018 to June 2025. Prior to that, Nichols worked at CACI International Inc from March 2004 to January 2018 in various roles, including Director of Strategic Civilian Programs, Program Manager, and Senior Strategic Proposal Manager. Beginning a career in the proposal services field at CMS from January 1997 to January 2004, Nichols ascended to the role of Director of Proposal Services. Educationally, Nichols graduated from James Madison University in January 1996.
