At Portugal Telecom, André worked as a Program Manager and Project Manager, overseeing complex projects related to billing architecture and IT system implementations. André has a strong background in Electronics and Computers Engineering, holding both a Master's degree and a Master of Science. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from AESE Business School.
