Miguel Cando

Miguel Cando is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Engineer III at Impulse since March 2020, following a role as IT Support Engineer II. In this position, Miguel has managed and provided technical support for over 130 business and residential networks, data circuits, and VoIP services, successfully resolving 95% of escalated issues.
