Marco Balducci has held numerous positions in the aerospace industry since 2012. In that year, they began their work as a Field Tech and Assistant Project Manager for C.N. Associates. From 2014-2018, they were an AFRL Scholar and a NASA NSTRF Scholar with the University of Colorado Boulder, where they also worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. In 2015, they were a Summer Contractor at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and in 2016 they were a Visiting Research Scholar at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Marco returned to the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 2017 as a Visiting Research Scholar, and then began work at SpaceNav in 2018 as an SSA Researcher. In 2020, they became a GN&C Engineer at Blue Canyon Technologies, and in 2022 they began working as a Sr. GNC Engineer at Impulse Space and a Product Customizer at Build a Bear.
Marco Balducci completed a Bachelor's degree in Science Physics with a major from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2008 to 2011. Marco then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Astrodynamics from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2012 to 2018.
