Maurizio Sacchi

Maurizio Sacchi is an accomplished Human Resources Director with extensive experience in HR management and industrial relations. Currently serving at IMQ since January 2021, Maurizio previously held the same title at Italtel from November 1997 to January 2021, where responsibilities included talent management, industrial relations, labor cost planning, and personnel evolution for business units of up to 1500 employees. Earlier roles at Italtel Sistemi S.p.A. involved managing personnel across multiple locations and participating in trade-union negotiations. Maurizio holds a degree in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
