Lester Fernandes

Lester Fernandes is currently the Global Head of Sustainability at IMR Metallurgical Resources AG, where he overseas global operations, commodity trading, mining, and manufacturing. Prior to this role, he held positions at Mahindra Finance, LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, JSW Steel Ltd, King's XI Punjab, and Fame India Ltd. Lester has a strong background in sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and human resources, with a focus on developing sustainability reports, ESG frameworks, and implementing CSR initiatives. He holds degrees in Human Resource Management, Sustainability Reporting, and Corporate Renewable Procurement.
