Crystal Lamb

Crystal Lamb is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in production planning and management. Currently serving as Director of Operations for IMRIS, Deerfield Imaging since May 2018, Crystal has progressed through roles including Sr. Operations Manager and Manager of Operations. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as Planner/Scheduler at Advanced Technology Services in 2018, and a significant period at Rudolph Technologies from April 2006 to October 2017, where Crystal held multiple titles, including Master Scheduler / Supervisor and Buyer / Planner. Responsibilities have encompassed leading monthly S&OP and production meetings, developing master schedules, collaborating with sales and marketing on new product initiatives, and optimizing production flow through strategic planning and resource coordination.
