Jeff Bengtson

Jeff Bengtson is a Service Methods Engineer at IMRIS, Deerfield Imaging, where responsibilities include developing customer service methods and training a team of 12 international field service engineers since September 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Mechanical Designer - R&D and Production Planner - Mechanical at Imris Inc, and Senior Assembly Technician at FSI International, where Jeff performed operational check-outs for semiconductor equipment and conducted BKM training. Jeff also served as Production Manager at Emenu Inc, managing the production of a prototype electronic weapon sighting device, and as Foreman at Morken Companies, leading a machinery fabrication team. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management/Project Management from DeVry University-Minnesota, alongside an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from Hennepin Technical.
