Segundo Carafí

Segundo Carafí is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director General de Planeamiento Estratégico at San Isidro Municipio since December 2023. As President and Co-Founder of Centro de Estudios Cruz del Sur since March 2018, Segundo has been instrumental in developing a Think Tank aimed at educating young individuals in Catholic values for future leadership. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Operations Manager for Microsoft Advertising at Aleph Group, Inc, where Segundo focused on sales effectiveness and strategy implementation. Previous positions at Uber and Short & Tall involved strategic development and project management for Microsoft, while earlier roles at the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nacion revolved around operational analysis and social program management. Segundo holds a Licenciatura in Economía from the University of Buenos Aires (2016-2021).
