Nilesh Darji has extensive experience in recruitment and client process management, currently serving as Assistant Manager - US Operations at IMS People Possible since March 2014. In this role, Nilesh manages recruiter activities and has worked across various sectors including Engineering, Non-IT, LID, and Technical recruitment. Previous positions include Recruitment Team Lead/Senior Recruiter, with significant experience collaborating with financial and IT clients such as T. Prior to IMS People Possible, Nilesh held roles at Transcend International Pvt Ltd as a Process Executive and at Zion Outsourcing Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Representative/Sr Loan Officer, focusing on customer assistance related to medical issues and loan processing.
