Vishwas Bhadoriya

Vishwas Bhadoriya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Genesis10 since July 2022 and as Recruitment Operations Team Lead at IMS People Possible since April 2022, Vishwas has successfully led a team to achieve recruitment targets while managing client communications for US-based companies. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant and Lead Technical Recruiter, focusing on the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate qualification assessments. Prior experience includes managing a large team as Project Manager at Omkar Advertising in India and working as an Admin and Faculty member at Muktajeevan English School. Vishwas holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, alongside a B.A. in Political Science and Government and a B.Ed. in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
