Justin Vroone

Justin Vroone is the current Commercial Director at IMServ. Justin has over 20 years of experience in management, sales, and customer service.

Justin started their career in 1990 as an Assistant Manager at Cambridge City Council. Justin was responsible for time management, recruiting, budget management, and disciplinary actions. In 1996, they left Cambridge City Council to become a Regional Sales Manager at BP. At BP, Justin was responsible for time management, self motivation, appointment setting, presentation to clients, presentations to management, dealing with 3rd party contractors, meeting deadlines, route planning, making sure contracts were maintained, re & de brands, feasibility studies for sites, target for year was achieved, cold calling, and establishing customers trust and respect.

In 2001, Justin left BP to become the Commercial Director at IMServ. In this role, Justin is responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that targets are met. Justin is also responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts.

Justin Vroone has a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from Ealing College of Higher Education as well as a Diploma of Education in Business and Finance from Northampton College of Higher Education. Justin also has a certification from BTEC in BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance.
