Will Scales

Will Scales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology product and service development, currently serving as Capture Manager at IMSolutions, LLC since July 2021. Prior roles include Client Executive at BroadAxis and Director of Policy & Research for Advanced Technology at McAllister & Quinn, LLC, where Will Scales supported lobbying efforts and managed client relations. While at McAllister & Quinn, Will Scales also contributed as an Advanced Technology Fellow, researching federal policies and business opportunities. Earlier experience includes an internship with Congressman Steve Israel and a research assistant position at the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies. Will Scales holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from SUNY Oneonta, obtained in 2014.
