Francesco Pece

Francesco Pece is the current GM for IMS TECHNOLOGIES in the USA. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for BRANDART Luxury Packaging & Display from January 2013 to July 2016. In this role, they were responsible for auditing current suppliers on SA8000, CTPAT, ISO14001 and Customers standards, evaluating potential suppliers, organizing quality inspections in China, managing complaints and identifying problems and put in place corrective/preventive actions to solve it. Francesco also supervised the testing before and during production, coordinated with third parties and organized audits/inspections, organized and managed goods' selection processes, liaised with regional and global teams on new product development, took minutes of weekly Quality Meetings and provided regular reporting to management on inspection outcomes and audits' results. Francesco also coordinated with the logistic department for quality inspections towards the returns from end-users, trained new employees on Company quality standard and technical skills and made travel plans for QC/auditors.

Francesco Pece holds a Master in Business Administration from Hult International Business School, a Core: Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, and a Bachelor's degree in Economia aziendale/manageriale from LIUC - Università Cattaneo. Francesco is also certified by Bureau Veritas in ISO9001 Lead Auditor and by SGS in SA8000 Auditor.
