Stefanie Sims has a diverse work experience. Stefanie started their career in 2006 as a Sales Representative at Verizon and then moved on to work as an Advertising Sales representative at The Courier-Journal from 2007 to 2008. Stefanie achieved revenue goals by acquiring new advertising business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. From 2008 to 2015, Stefanie worked at Sprint, initially as a National Account Executive Level II and later as an Enterprise Account Executive. In these roles, they managed over 800 business accounts and focused on B2B relationship management and growth. Since 2016, Stefanie has been working at IMT Residential, starting as a Leasing Consultant and later progressing to Assistant Community Manager and finally Community Manager.

Stefanie Sims attended Western Carolina University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Public Relations.
