William Rueda

William Rueda has a diverse work experience in various roles within the construction industry. William started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they assisted professors in grading assignments and providing feedback to students. William then worked as a Junior Estimator at Dellbrook | JKS, where they assisted in estimating construction costs and solicited subcontractors for bids.

In 2015, Rueda became the President/Owner of W M R LLC, specializing in Tax Lien and Tax Deed investment strategies and managing multiple investment properties. William analyzed property damages in the region and implemented acquisition strategies.

From 2017 to 2019, Rueda worked as a Project Manager at Rellion Inc., where they reviewed and verified site acquisition and construction costs, analyzed blueprints and specifications for project requirements, and developed scope of work for various projects.

Currently, Rueda is employed as a Project Manager at IMT Residential. Their responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, providing input on cost estimates and budgets, assigning team members and subcontractors, and managing the day-to-day progress of projects from construction to delivery.
