Michael Fässler

Michael Fässler has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael began their career in 1989 as an Electronic Technician at Saia AG (now Johnson Electric) before transitioning to a role as an Informatics Teacher at Collège St-Michel from 1991 to 1993. In 1995, they worked as a DBMS Software Developer at F.B.I. Frédéric Baechler Informatique S.A. From 1996 to 2012, they served as a Software Engineer at IMTF. Following this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Selbständig from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are employed as a Client Support Engineer at IMTF since 2016.

Michael Fässler began their education at Ecole des métiers de Fribourg from 1982 to 1988, where they obtained an Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik. Following this, they attended Ecole FDISH in Fribourg from 1989 to 1991, earning a Brevet d'ingénieur logiciel FDISH in Computer-Softwaretechnik. In terms of additional certifications, Michael obtained the Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 5.0 in January 2008.
