Marc André Schmidt

Marc Schmidt currently serves as CFO and Managing Director of Finance at IMTRON GmbH and as a supervisory board member at POWER Sverige, representing a 20% share of MediaMarktSaturn. Previously, Marc was CFO and Country Managing Director of Finance at MediaMarkt Sverige, overseeing the sale to an external party and managing operational business. With extensive experience at CECONOMY AG as Vice President of Corporate Controlling & Risk Management, and interim head of the corporate controlling and risk management department, Marc also held notable positions at METRO AG, Deloitte, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Finance & Accounting from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of York.
