Stéphane Chaland

Stéphane CHALAND is a skilled professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and assembly. Currently employed as a Machine Manufacturing Assembler at IMW Industries Ltd. since January 2023, Stéphane is responsible for assembling metal sheets, motors, compressors, and various sub-assemblies. Previously, Stéphane worked as a Technical Drafting Teacher for Grade 10 at School District 93, where course development for French-speaking students was emphasized. From September 2004 to October 2020, Stéphane held multiple roles at Michelin, including Mechanical Designer and Project Manager, contributing to the design of 3D metal molds for various tire departments. Stéphane's educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, an Associate's degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, and a recent certification in SolidWorks and Mechanical Drafting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
