Carlos Guardado

Carlos Guardado has worked in various roles since 2005. Carlos began their career at Dell as a Technical Support Representative, providing daily technical support in English to Dell customers. Carlos then moved to Stream Global Services in 2008, where they were a Team Leader for ClearWire (4G Internet), Customer Service, Technical Support and Retention. In 2011, they joined Convergys as a Queue Manager and Team Leader for Microsoft Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Lead Project Manager (Scrum & Agile Processes and Tools) at Applaudo Studios, and then moved to In All Media as a Service Delivery Manager and Program Manager. Carlos is currently the Director of Project Development at teip.

Carlos Guardado obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Redes y desarrollo de Procesos from the Universidad Tecnologica de El Salvador between 2001 and 2006. Since then, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Master Business Administration Diploma (MBA) from Udemy in July 2022, a Diseño Estrategico de Proyectos from Escuela de Comunicación Mónica Herrera in August 2019, an Agile With Scrum - From Beginner to Advanced from Udemy in March 2018, Basics of Scrum, Agile and Project Delivery from Udemy in December 2017, Agile Methodologies Overview from Udemy in November 2017, Agile PM 101 - Learn the Truth About Agile versus Waterfall from Udemy in November 2017, a Seminario: Resolucion de Conflictos I y II from INSAFOR in May 2017, a Seminario: Relaciones interpersonales from INSAFOR in 2017, and a Seminario: “Leadership Mastery” in April 2014.
