Stephen Kelley has a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership roles. Stephen is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at InCharge Energy, a leading electric fleet infrastructure provider. Prior to this, they served as a Commissioner for the City of Belmont planning commission. Stephen was the Vice President of E-Mobility at ENGIE North America Inc., where they founded the eMobility group and was responsible for growth and customer facing activities. Stephen also held the role of Senior Vice President of e-Mobility at Engie Storage (previously GreenCharge), where they played a key role in contracting the company's first 100 customers and contributing to its successful sale. Stephen was the Executive Vice President at Socore Energy, where they focused on sales strategy, national deals, and strategic relationships. Stephen served as the Executive Vice President and GM at DRI Energy, responsible for global sales and marketing activities. Stephen has also worked at SunPower Corporation, where they served as a Segment Executive for Utility/Commercial Accounts. At Solectron, they were the Managing Director of Global Services, leading business development and sales efforts. Earlier in their career, Stephen was the Vice President of Global Sales at Abilizer and a Business Development Executive at Oracle. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, develop strategic relationships, and achieve sales success.

Stephen Kelley began their education by attending the University of California, Berkeley from 1986 to 1990. Stephen pursued a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in IEOR/Economics during this time. Following their undergraduate studies, Stephen went on to attend the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business from 1993 to 1994. There, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Business.
