Crystal Fann has over 30 years of experience in various roles and industries. Crystal started their career in 1990 as a Lead Paralegal at Davis & Walker, where they worked until 2001. Crystal then joined Michaels Arts & Crafts as an Operations Manager and worked there for 11 years. In 2013, they joined Medical Imaging Solutions as a Paralegal, HR Generalist, Recruiting & Regulatory & Compliance specialist. In 2018, Crystal worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Stellaris Group, LLC and as an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies at Gwinnett College. Currently, since 2020, they are the Director of Human Resources at IN Compass Health.
