Karen Barnett has been working as a Senior Physician Recruiter for In Compass Health, Inc since July 2015. Karen'srole involves in-house recruitment for multiple hospital-based programs throughout the country, specifically in the fields of Emergency Medicine, Neuro-Hospitalists, and Hospitalists. Karen is responsible for recruiting both full-time and locums shifts. Prior to this, Karen worked at Hayman Daugherty Associates, Inc as a Senior Physician Recruiter from February 2005 to July 2015.
