Faye Dineen is an experienced professional in customer experience and digital marketing, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at In Digital since August 2025. Prior to this role, Faye co-founded Ingage Marketing and served as Managing Director from July 2023 until its acquisition by In Digital, facilitating support for notable clients such as The Financial Times and Carwow. Faye also held the position of Head of Retention at Papier, focusing on customer value maximization, and spent five years at CACI Ltd in various leadership roles, including Head of Digital Consulting. Faye's earlier career includes significant roles at PhotoBox and Snapfish, where responsibilities included CRM management and strategic marketing initiatives. Faye holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and a BSc in International Management with American Business Studies from Alliance Manchester Business School.
