Andreas Roell

Andreas Roell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the marketing, technology, media, and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Evros Group since February 2024, Andreas focuses on strategy-led M&A and growth advisory services for founder-operated firms. In addition to leading Evros Group, Andreas operates Carib Ventures, a family-owned investment vehicle since 2008, focuses on early-stage technology investments as a Seed Investor at In Good Company, and contributes to various organizations as a board member. Previous roles include Managing Director at Madison Alley Global Ventures and co-founder of several technology-driven firms, including Folklore Digital, Dynam.AI, AlphaTrAI, and Kazuhm, Inc. Andreas holds an MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego and a BS.BA in International Business from UNLV Lee Business School.
