Bonnie Fine has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2013, they began their career as a Culinary Intern at The Leading Hotels of the World, followed by a Line Cook position at Belle Haven Country Club and a Student Culinary Manager at Taverna Banfi at The Statler Hotel. In 2014, they took on the role of Food Service Management, Theory, & Practice Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. In 2016, they became a Bar Operations Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. and in 2017, they accepted a Service Captain position at Union Square Hospitality Group. In 2019, they were an Account Manager - Food Service at Flik Hospitality Group, followed by a Virtual Tasting Lead role at In Good Taste Wines in 2020. Her most recent position is as a Customer Success Manager at Butler Hospitality, which they began in 2021.
Bonnie Fine completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cornell University between 2012 and 2016. Bonnie also attended The Culinary Institute of America for an AOS Culinary Arts between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Bronx High School of Science from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a Certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers in March 2018 and a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators in October 2017.
