Helen Kline, Ph.D. is currently the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager at In-N-Out Burger. Prior to this role, Helen held positions at JBS USA, Colorado State University, Texas A&M University, and completed an internship at Ecolab. Helen holds a Ph.D. in Animal Sciences with a focus on Livestock Behavior and Welfare from Colorado State University, a Master of Science in Animal Sciences with a specialization in Meat Science and Food Safety from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelors of Science in Animal Sciences.
