Karen Velazco

Karen Velazco, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner II at In-N-Out Burger since June 2014. Karen's career at the company has progressed through various roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, as well as management positions as a 3rd and 4th Manager, and Store Associate. Prior experience includes an internship in Public Relations and Social Media at The ACE Agency, and serving as a Server at TGI Fridays. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with an emphasis in public relations from California State University, Long Beach, completed in 2015.
