Sean Finnegan

Sean Finnegan has extensive experience in the redevelopment and management of real estate projects across various capacities. Currently serving as the Department Head of Support Facilities at In-N-Out Burger since April 2020, Sean oversees the buildouts of Warehouse and Production Facilities and the maintenance of over 30 support facilities. Previously, positions held include Sr. Director of Capital Projects for Sares-Regis Group, Vice President of Redevelopment at JRK Property Holdings and AIMCO, and Vice President of Development at Atherton-Newport Investments. Sean has a solid foundation in urban development, land acquisition, and project management gained from roles at Makar Properties, The Athens Group, and FORMA, complemented by a degree in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
