Taylor Storm is a Senior Talent and Organizational Development Partner at In-N-Out Burger with previous experience as a Learning Facilitator at Applied Medical and a Corporate Trainer at System Pavers. They have also worked as a Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, and Sales Consultant in the past. Additionally, Taylor has volunteer experience with Young Life and served as a Program Director at Camp Spalding. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Whitworth University.
